Air, Gas 유량을 간편하고 정확하게 측정할 수 있어 Pump, Gas, 장비연구개발, Medical Device 등 수많은 Application에 사용하고 있습니다.
모델 4100 시리즈는 Low Flow Rate 용으로 Max 20 LPM 까지
측정 가능합니다.
배터리 옵션으로도 사용할 수 있습니다.

2) N2 : 3% of reading or 0.010 L/min, whichever is greater
3) N2O : 3% of reading or 0.010 L/min, whichever is greater
5. Response : 4 ms to 63% of full scale
